I would try applying the moisturizer 1st, then put the sunscreen on top. But mix it.
I have sensitive skin, so when I find something that make my skin break out in a rash, I stick to it.
I use a moisturizer from Aveda, and the sunscreen is in the bare minerals I use. So far, so good. I can also use Victoria Principles facial cleansers and moisturizers.

The fault lies entirely with the state government, the CPI(M) and the heavily politicised state administration. There is no grey area in such an observation. Any media trying to convey an opposite picture may be safely assumed to be perversely biased in favour of the aforesaid three or even worse, a beneficiary of the political patronage doled out by the ruling dispensation in West Bengal. Such a media exercise is exactly what you have termed as "the Nandigram drama" or more appropraiately a farce. Media should be characterised by truthfulness and fearlessness and not by tail wagging. The media that misrepresents facts for small time favours and gains should be unequivocally condemned. They shamelessly help in perpetuating injustice and the cycle of hate and we can live without the service of such stooges.

Such facts incite violence or hate. They help in arousing collective public conscience against the injustice being meted out over months to a group of people in Nandigram. They lead to peaceful civil protests which can bring about an end to the organised mayhem. Such media surely deserves to be feted for being fearless in their uncoloured and for not seeking small time rewards by licking the boots of criminals.
